About Carrie Bryan

Carrie moved to Montana in 2002, where she managed the front desk at both the Moonlight Spa and the Huntley Lodge at Big Sky Resort. Drawn by the dynamic nature of real estate, she transitioned into the industry in 2003 and obtained her Montana real estate license in 2005.

Over the course of her career, Carrie has worked with several respected brokers, including more than a decade alongside Ryan Kulesza, co-founder of L&K Real Estate. She has been directly involved in numerous multi-million-dollar transactions across both Montana and Texas, where she also holds a real estate license.


At Outlaw, Carrie represents both buyers and sellers while also overseeing all of the office transactions. Her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the Big Sky market make her a trusted and valuable resource for clients and colleagues alike.
